We can offer an initial meeting with you to explain what we can do and an estimate of the likely costs and expenses before you formally instruct us to act. Please do telephone to arrange such a meeting.

Conveyancing

We are committed to transparency and clarity in our pricing. Our legal fees for conveyancing are a fixed fee and can range from £500.00 - £5,000.00 plus VAT together with disbursements.

Our legal fees for conveyancing services will depend on the complexity of your transaction, including factors such as the property value, whether it is leasehold or freehold, whether it is a remortgage, transfer of equity and whether there are any unforeseen legal issues.

Disbursements (such as search fees, Land Registry fees and bank fees) are additional to any purchase and typically range from £14.40 to £500, the latter being the land registry fee for a registered property.

Stamp Duty Land Tax (England) and Land Transaction Tax (Wales) – these are property transaction taxes imposed by the government and the amount payable depends on the property purchase price and whether you are a first-time buyer, buying an additional property and other factors like reliefs and exemptions.

For a bespoke quotation please contact us directly whereupon we will provide you with a clear breakdown of our legal costs, VAT and third-party costs (disbursements).

We ensure that all costs are explained clearly before you commit to using our services.
